The perfect start to your day... and we will make it a highlight for you. Breakfast is served at 9:00 am in our formal dining room. The meal is beautifully served on fine tableware being a feast for the eyes as well as the palette. Because we love to eat and cook, food is very important to us. We want you to have an incredible breakfast experience and engage all of your senses with our morning meal. Guests will enjoy a full home-cooked breakfast featuring your choices of:

Juice, coffee, many different flavors of herbal teas,
Niagara fresh fruit (in season)
Homemade muffins or coffee cake baked each morning
Cereals, granola with yogurt
Selection of marmalade and jams

A varied breakfast is served each morning; selections such as:

Eggs with ham or bacon and hash browns with grilled cherry tomatoes or fried mushrooms
OR
Pancakes with authentic Canadian maple syrup and sausage
OR
Belgian waffles with whipped cream and strawberries in season

Some breakfasts may include other baked goods; menus will vary at the whim of the chef (that would be me, Deborah V)

If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs such as wheat-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian, please advise us the day before and we will be happy to help.

Arrival Time: Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m., please call us so that arrangements for late arrival can be made. If you arrive before 3:00 p.m. and would like to drop off your luggage, that can be arranged.

Departure Time: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. promptly please, as the rooms must be prepared for the next guests.

Room Rates: Are for double occupancy and include our gourmet breakfast and are subject to 6% GST tax. Some of our rooms can accommodate a third person at a rate of $45 extra per night. Also included is an evening turndown service.

Reservations: We are a small bed and breakfast and cancellations greatly affect us. When a room is reserved all other requests for that room are turned away with the understanding that payment will be made for the number of days reserved. A 50% deposit by Visa, MasterCard or American Express is required to confirm your reservation.

Refund Policy: If you have to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival date for a 100% refund. Cancellation MUST be made by telephone conversation with Deborah or Randy, as answering machine messages and e-mail are not acceptable.

On shorter notice (6 days or less before arrival date) payments are refunded only if the room is re-booked. However, guests may apply this deposit to another rescheduled stay of the same or longer duration within a year of their cancellation date.

If you do not arrive as scheduled, no refund will be made.

Adult Oriented: We regret we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 14.

Pets: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Smoking: For the health and safety of our guests, smoking is NOT permitted inside or outside at our B&B.

Parking: We have private off-street parking for all of our guests.
